Brief
Zamfara State faced fragmented and inconsistent processes in property registration, resulting in delays, disputes, and citizen frustration. With ambitions to digitize and streamline land services, the state sought technical support to professionalize its MDAs and improve inter-agency coordination.
Approach
Switch Advisory developed and delivered a standardized, simulation-based training for all MDAs involved in property registration, using behavioral techniques to reinforce learning and facilitating cross-agency action planning.
Results
Switch Advisory trained 65+ officials across 5 MDAs, developed SOPs for property registration, and piloted digitized client intake tools. Within 3 months, the process time dropped by 40%, and inter-agency collaboration among land, survey, and planning units significantly improved.

Brief
Commissioned by CentreLSD, the Solid Minerals Diagnostic Study examined systemic inefficiencies in Nigeria’s mining sector across Ebonyi, Ekiti, and Taraba States, with the goal of strengthening policy, improving governance, and amplifying community voices.
Approach
Greenswitch Consulting implemented the project in three phases: Discovery & Diagnosis via immersive fieldwork with miners, regulators, and local communities Policy Analysis of Nigeria’s mining legal framework, including the 2007 Mining Act and CDA guidelines Design & Delivery of a visual report containing actionable policy recommendations The methodology was grounded in systems thinking, stakeholder dialogue, and behavioral insight.
